Egg Free Chocolate Brownies

Prep - 15 minutes

Cooking time - 35 minutes

5 Ingredients


Dry Ingredients:

1 cup almond meal

1/4 rice flour

1/3 brown sugar

2 tbsp ground flax seeds with 2 tbsp water (or 2 eggs at room temp)

1 cup chocolate chips

1 shot of coffee or 1 tbsp of ground coffee


Wet Ingredients:

100 grams salted butter

1 tbs vanilla extract


Method:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees Celsius

  2. Line a square pan with baking paper

  3. Mix dry ingredients together

  4. Melt butter and chocolate together

  5. Add all wet ingredients to dry ingredients

  6. Pour batter into lined square pan

  7. Cook for 35 minutes

  8. Let cool for 10 minutes before taking out of pan to cool for another 15 minutes

  9. Wait until fully cooled before cutting into sections for serving


About/Tips:

Flax seed: I usually blend or put flax seeds through a food processor and measure out tablespoons, alternatively you can purchase ground flaxseeds from the grocery store
